Yes, the cost is $200. This fee covers all meals, hotel stay, conference agenda and materials. Attendee is responsible for travel to and from Phoenix. See the section below for a pre-written letter to help with supervisor and budget approval.
Illuminate is a personal invitation from Mi-Case, extended to directors, administrators, and senior practitioners at agencies currently using Mi-Case Public Safety products. You were selected because of your experience, your agency’s work, and the perspective you bring to the corrections field.
The conference is intentionally small: 25 to 30 attendees total. We’re unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. If you believe a specific colleague’s attendance would significantly benefit the program, please reach out to your Mi-Case account team to discuss.
Yes. Hotel accommodation at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge is covered for the nights of October 19 and 20. Meals included: welcome dinner Monday evening, all meals on Tuesday, and breakfast Wednesday. Arrival before Monday and departure after Wednesday are at your own expense.
Business casual for sessions. The Welcome Dinner and The Dark Sky Evening are outdoors. The Phoenix desert cools to around 60°F after sunset, so bring a light layer. No formal attire required at any point.
Any confirmed attendee can register to pitch a feature idea to the Mi-Case team. You get three minutes and one slide. The room votes on the top three pitches. Registration details will be included in your confirmation materials.
Please contact your Mi-Case account team as soon as possible. Spots are limited and we maintain a waitlist. Cancellations within two weeks of the event may affect your ability to be considered for future invitations.
