Modern Slavery Statement
Modern Slavery Statement
Mi-Case is committed to ethical conduct and social responsibility across our global operations. We oppose modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms, including forced labor, debt bondage, and exploitative practices.
Our Business
Mi-Case provides modern software solutions to public safety and public sector agencies. We are a knowledge-based business with operations across North America and Europe. Our supply chain consists primarily of cloud infrastructure providers, software vendors, and professional services.
Our Approach
We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to modern slavery prevention:
- Our standard vendor agreements require compliance with applicable laws
- We evaluate new suppliers for reputational and compliance risks during procurement
- Our Code of Ethics establishes expectations for ethical behavior
- Employees and contractors are encouraged to report concerns, including suspected modern slavery, through confidential reporting channels without fear of retaliation
Ongoing Commitment
We recognize that addressing modern slavery requires continuous attention. As our UK operations develop, we will enhance our due diligence practices proportionate to our risk profile and operational footprint.
This statement reflects our voluntary commitment to the principles underlying the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
