This statement is published by Mi-Case UK Limited pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains during the financial year noted above.

Organisation and Supply Chains

Mi-Case UK Limited is part of the Mi-Case group, a provider of public safety and government technology software serving criminal justice, corrections, and regulatory agencies. Mi-Case UK Limited was incorporated in June 2025 to support the group's expansion into the UK public sector market, including participation in the G-Cloud 15 framework. As Mi-Case UK Limited's UK operations develop, its supply chain is expected to consist primarily of cloud infrastructure providers, software vendors, and professional services, consistent with the wider Mi-Case group's supply chain profile.

Policies

Mi-Case UK Limited is subject to the Mi-Case group's Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, which sets out the group's zero-tolerance position on modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking across its operations and supply chain, including vendor standards, due diligence expectations, and reporting channels.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Mi-Case UK Limited's modern slavery risk is assessed as low, reflecting its current stage of development and the nature of the software and professional services sector. As the entity engages vendors, contractors, or staff in the UK, it applies the risk-based due diligence standards set out in its Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, proportionate to the risks identified. Employees and contractors will be encouraged to report concerns, including suspected modern slavery, through confidential reporting channels without fear of retaliation.

Training

Mi-Case UK Limited will provide modern slavery awareness training to personnel engaged in the UK, in accordance with company policy.

Monitoring and Effectiveness

Mi-Case UK Limited will monitor the effectiveness of its modern slavery commitments as its UK operations develop, and will review this statement, the Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, and related practices on an annual basis.
