Initiation
Kickoff meetings establish the rhythm. We align your team on timelines, set expectations for what comes next, and build the change management structure that keeps everyone moving together.
Discover
We start by listening. We map your state’s sentencing rules, facility structure, and operational workflows. We document your integration requirements and build the configuration plan your team will validate before we write a line of code. This is where we learn how your department actually works, not how we assume it works.
Configure
Your state’s sentencing statutes get configured in Mi-Sentence Calculation. Your workflows get built into the system. Then your team tests it. We find the issues and fix them before they become problems in a live facility. This is the phase where most implementations either earn trust or lose it. We earn it.
Validate & Train
Officers get trained on what officers need. Case managers get trained on case management. Sentencing staff learn Mi-Sentence Calculation. Each group gets a curriculum built for how they actually use the system, not a generic platform walkthrough. And we’re there for the first critical days after go-live.
Deploy
We activate your system with a support plan in place. Go-live happens with confidence, backed by our team standing ready for the first critical days.
Support
You get a dedicated account manager who knows your state, your configuration, and your team. When your legislature changes a sentencing law, we update the configuration. That’s not a separate project with a separate invoice. It’s part of what you signed up for. We stay through the full contract lifecycle because the work doesn’t stop at go-live.
