And we’ve done it all with one guiding belief:

Our mission hasn’t changed.
But we’ve seen the moment we’re in demands more.
Across the U.S. and Europe, government and public sector agencies face increasing complexity, aging infrastructure, and staffing challenges. And yet, public servants continue to show up—doing vital work with systems that no longer meet the overwhelming demands asked of them daily.
That’s why I’m proud to announce the most significant expansion in Mi-Case’s history:
- In June 2025, we officially launched our European hub, headquartered in Brussels
- The launch of two major product lines:
- A modern e-Licensing software built to ease administrative burdens and streamline oversight
- A new Jail Management System, designed hand in hand with sheriff’s offices to reduce downtime, increase transparency, and support facility operations
Together, these launches are a direct response to what we’re hearing from the field:
“We need more. We need better. And we need it now.”
We’re growing so that justice and public facing institutions don’t get left behind.
This is a moment of momentum for Mi-Case, yes.
But more importantly—it’s an extension of the mission we’ve held since day one.
To continue to deliver tools for those who selflessly show up daily—across justice, corrections, and regulation--and empower them to advance the needs of the communities they serve.
