Mi-Case Strengthens Its European Presence with the Opening of its Brussels Hub
This marks an important milestone in our commitment to serving the justice, corrections, prison, probation, electronic monitoring, and administrative detention communities across Europe. While Mi-Case has a long-standing track record supporting over 10 jurisdictions with our modern offender and jail management software, and more than a decade of trusted collaboration in Belgium, this new office reflects our long-term investment in building meaningful, local partnerships in Europe.
Our Brussels-based team brings together local expertise and we will collaborate with strong regional implementation partners who understand the unique legal, cultural, and operational landscape of European agencies. The hub will be the cornerstone of our European operations.
Projects will be managed locally, with data hosted in full alignment with European data sovereignty and privacy regulations. Our solutions will evolve in close collaboration with European customers, shaped by their operational needs and priorities. Our track record speaks for itself: zero failed implementations, and consistent delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.
"The opening of our Brussels hub is a statement of intent," says Benjamin Bussenault, Vice President at Mi-Case. "We are here to work hand in hand with European agencies to modernize justice and corrections, and to help address the very real challenges they face. By combining proven expertise with a local presence, Mi-Case will deliver solutions that are both trusted and tailored to Europe’s specific needs."
