2022 National Crime Victims' Rights Week

Since 1981, National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW2022) has challenged the Nation to confront and remove barriers to achieving justice for all victims of crime. Each year, communities across the country revisit the history of the victims’ rights movement, celebrate the progress made, and recommit to further advancements in the crime victims field.

The NCVRW2022 theme is Rights, Access, Equity, for all victims. This year's theme underscores the importance of helping crime survivors find their justice by:

• enforcing victims’ rights,

• expanding access to services, and

• ensuring equity and inclusion for all.
