To our esteemed Mi-Case and Business & Decision North America clients,
It is with great pleasure that we announce an official shift in our company name and operating structure from “Business & Decision North America” to fully operating under the well known name of our leading case management software: Mi-Case.
Earlier in 2021, with the full approval and support of our longtime parent company Business & Decision, we began the formal separation process in order to pursue our own North American based business that would grow and expand on all of the great services we offer our clients in both software and digital transformation.
More than simply eliminating the confusion many of our clients experienced in our operation under two names, it was after careful consideration we felt that the existing Mi-Case name would afford us the advantage of leaning into an emerging, well recognized brand within our sector, as well as afford us a namesake that reflected the exact kind of business we will continue to develop moving forward.
In preparation for the shift to operate solely as Mi-Case we have refreshed our logo and have a brand new website that reflects the company we are today and will continue to shape moving forward.
As with our original mission--to lighten the load of those managing the offender’s journey-- we know our goal in supporting and advancing our clients is to provide solutions that employ all the advantages modern technology can offer in order to advance their teams and business goals.
But more than just our expertise in technology, we recognize that since no two cases of digital transformation ever look the same, it is our technological expertise combined with our industry leading approach to client investment that sets us apart from the competition.
