The Situation
In a significant modernization effort, the Arizona Departments of Administration and Transportation introduced MAX, a modern and streamlined platform for the statewide Motor Vehicle Records system. This six-year project, developed in collaboration with Mi-Case, harnessed a variety of programming languages including Java, Angular, SQL, Perl, Excel VBA, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

MAX revolutionizes operations, facilitating the efficient processing of driver’s license requests, enhancing file validations, and enabling API connectivity. Launched in 2020, MAX serves a wide range of stakeholders, from licensed drivers to insurance agencies, courts, and auto dealerships, bringing together their diverse needs under one unified system.
